We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error in pricing or product description, if your payment cannot be authorized, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and fully refunded.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders ship from Topsy Daisy. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@blackperiodpads.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Returns and Refunds — The Zero-Risk Switch Guarantee
We stand behind our products with what we call the Zero-Risk Switch Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund — including on used and washed items.
To request a return or refund:
- Email us at hello@blackperiodpads.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds are not available after 30 days from delivery, or for items damaged by misuse (e.g. use of bleach, high-heat drying contrary to care instructions).
Product Care and Lifespan
Our pads are designed to last 3+ years with proper care. Follow the care instructions included with your order. We cannot guarantee product lifespan if care instructions are not followed (e.g. using bleach, machine drying at high heat). Normal washing and air drying will not void your guarantee.
Intellectual Property
All content on BlackPeriodPads.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Topsy Daisy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Period Pads / Topsy Daisy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
