We believe in our products so strongly that we offer something no other reusable pad company does: try them for one full menstrual cycle, and if they don’t change how you feel about your period, send them back — used, washed, we don’t care. Full refund. No questions. No guilt.

Yes, you read that right. Used and washed. We’ll still take them back.

We’ve had 16 refunds. Ever. Across thousands of orders from our parent brand, Topsy Daisy. We’re not worried — because we know these pads work.

How It Works

  1. Order your set — choose Super Pads (heavy flow) or Extended Liners (light flow), or both.
  2. Use them for one full cycle — give them a real test on your actual period days.
  3. Not satisfied? Email us at hello@blackperiodpads.com within 45 days of delivery.
  4. Send them back — used, washed, in any condition. We’ll provide a return label.
  5. Get your full refund — processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

What’s Covered

  • All Black Period Pads products purchased from blackperiodpads.com
  • Returns within 45 days of delivery date
  • Used, washed, and tested products — we want you to actually try them
  • Full purchase price refunded (original shipping is always free)

What’s Not Covered

  • Returns requested after 45 days from delivery
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Damage caused by bleach, fabric softener, or dryer sheets (see our Wash Guide for proper care)

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (stitching issues, fabric defects, snaps not functioning), contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the defective item.
